Moonlight Dwelling

Nicole was glad that Chloe was still her friend so she was thrilled to see her.

"Happy New Year."

Chloe felt bad for Nicole sitting in that jail cell so she went to see her on New Year's.

"I brought you another book to read."

"Thanks I've got nothing but time in here. I was wondering if you could do me a favor."

"Okay what is it?"

When Nicole went on the run with Sydney she made the horrible mistake of cutting and dying her hair. It didn't even occur to her that a wig would have been just fine.

"I need you to arrange a hairdresser to come in to fix my hair."

Chloe had lied to Nicole about how her hair looked but she wasn't sure that she could arrange this.

"I'll ask but I don't think they'll let you do this."

"Well it doesn't hurt to ask right?"

Nicole looked so pathetic that Chloe agreed to ask and let her know as soon as she could.

"Take care."

Nicole just nodded and went back to tugging on her hair in a feeble attempt to make it grow again. She regretting cutting it more than the color since that part didn't look too bad. She still couldn't figure out who the woman was that took Sydney although she could hear it playing over and over in her head.
