"I dropped an internal organ on the floor."

Meredith sat at the bar looking at Joe.

"There's the five second rule."

"True but what kind of surgeon does that? You can't go around dropping organs on the floor. A cookie on the floor won't cause someone to die."

Meredith took a drink.

"We all have our bad days."

"I know but I'm the only one that dropped a kidney."

"Things get dropped. Don't worry about it. I'm sure Cristina or George will drop an organ too."

"Thanks Joe. I think I'll have another drink and keep them coming.
