It is always a good thing when the chest is bared. So I enjoyed the view even though the poor guy nearly died because of the stupid sun. The sun isn't good for anyone especially a delicate flower vampire. Something that annoys me but it keeps turning up on shows is the show starting and then going back to revealed what happened up to that point. On this show it wasn't long because a lot of times shows would go back a few days and show what happened. Why can't they just leave it where it should be and have it build up to that point but what do I know I'm just a girl with an opinion.

Is it me or does Mick do a lot damseling that Beth has to save him from. He gets impaled and she has to pull the stake out. He ends up nearly dying of sun exposure and needs blood and there she is offering her neck up although he ended up taking her arm. I wouldn't mind him making me his snack. So of course him almost giving into temptation and draining Lenny dry he ends up doing a little brooding and it was a familiar song too. That was the same song that was playing on Depressing Night at the Bronze. What can I say other than I have a very strange brain.

There was no Josef. I'm still getting used to Jason as a vampire and I'm glad that he isn't wearing the suits because they just don't look right. He looks better in casual instead of suspenders. I did miss him and there were no flashbacks either. Maybe I just choose to ignore it but I finally learned that Beth's boyfriend and okay I was a little tempted to use quote marks but I resisted the temptation. Damn I keep using the t word lately for some reason and I'm not just talking about here but on my regular blog where I babble daily actually that would be plural since there's more than one. So the guy's name is Josh.

Once again it was a monster of the human persuasion and a witness that needed protection. That is pretty evil to bug your own kid's cell phone. Lenny just wanted to wish the kid a Happy Birthday and Daddy found out so he sent out a goon to kill the girl who just happened to be pregnant with Jack's child. I think Mick is better with humans because he actually interacts with them although he doesn't seem to really have any human friends other than Beth and that is totally heading for more than that because she didn't completely wig out when finding out his little secret. She took it pretty well and yeah she stayed away for a week but that's understandable because it isn't everyday that you find out this hot new guy in your life is actually a vampire and also saved you when you were little.

So this is another show where I kind of want the boyfriend to get knocked out of the picture. The other show would be Torchwood and I'm kind of hoping for a Jack and Gwen pairing instead of the guy she's with and once again I blank on the guy's name. Sure it wouldn't be easy to have a relationship with a vampire but why not give it a shot. Sure it's doomed to failure but that doesn't stop a person from hoping for a happy ending. Next week's episode looks funny because it looks like there's some flirting going on with Beth and Mick. He is more of a people person than a certain other vampire that counts brooding as one of his favorite hobbies.
