The ghost wasn't a ghost since Jacob Joseph turned out not to be so dead after all and no Ned didn't touch him. He survived by his legs didn't so the doctors gave him his horse's legs which made him taller. Forget about the heels have horse legs implanted into your legs to make you taller. He was living in the basement but now he can come out since Olive gave him the winnings and his crazy ass Momma's in jail. Chuck went to see her Aunts dressed as a ghost. Of course Aunt Lily had a shotgun when her and Aunt Vivian opened the door. I just love those two.
