Adams, RC: A hunter that fell victim to the Witnesses.

Ash: A computer whiz that helped with the research. Sadly he was one of the victims when the Roadhouse burned down.

Bates, Carl: Another hunter that fell victim to the Witnesses.

Barnes, Pamela: A psychic and friend of Bobby's who ended up getting her eyes burned out when she did a seance trying to help the boys figure out how Dean was released from Hell.

Caleb: He was another friend of the Winchesters that ended up dead courtesy of Meg and her sharp knife.

Campbell, Deanna: She seemed to be retired from hunting since she didn't go out with her husband and daughter. She did make a try for the gun even though her husband was possessed at the time.

Campbell, Mary: She was raised as a hunter. She gave it up after losing both of her parents who were killed by Yellow Eyes. John was also killed but she made a deal to save him which led to Sam getting a dose of demon blood when he turned six months old.

Campbell, Samuel: He wasn't very trusting of other hunters. He was possessed and killed by Yellow Eyes. He had a vampire test. He also dressed up as a priest when out on a job.

Elkins, Daniel: He was killed by vampires. He taught John about hunting. Obviously a good hunter since he did it for quite a while before he bit it.

Gable, Fletcher:

H: He was only called H. He was around when John first got into hunting.

Harvelle, Ellen: She owned the Roadhouse but doesn't really do any hunting. She did go out with the Winchester boys and Bobby to try to stop the Devil's Gate from being opened. She knows her way around a gun.

Harvelle, Joanna Beth: She wants to follow in Dad's footsteps and her most prized possession is a knife that belonged to her father.

Harvelle, William "Bill" Anthony: He died on a hunt with John Winchester. It is uncertain what exactly happened but he might have been ripped up by hell spawn when John jumped in too quick and ended up getting shot in the head to finish him off since his guts were hanging out. He was married to Ellen. She runs the Roadhouse a place where Hunters turn up. He died in 1995 and was usually a solo hunter.

Ichi: A hunter that John meets when he's just started hunting. He was killed by a shapeshifter that took on the form of a Heeler.

Issac: He was forced to drink Drain cleaner and a demon possessed his corpse. His wife Tamara killed him.

Jed: A hunter killed by a Witness.

Joshua: A contact of John's who referred Sam to the healer. 

Lowry, Olivia: She was one of the hunters killed by a witness.

McBain, Marina: A detective that hunts on the side. She killed a few vampires. She helps out the Winchesters when they go to New York. She is a part of a network of cops that helps out hunters.

Mosely, Missouri: She is the psychic that John went to after Mary was killed. He found out the truth about demons which sent him on that never ending mission to hunt down the son of a bitch that killed his wife.

Murphy: A cop in Chicago that is part of a network of cops that know about demons that helps out hunters.

Murphy, Jim Pastor: He was killed by Meg. The boys would stay with him since John wasn't exactly Daddy of the year.

Ritchie: A buddy of Dean's. A sweet guy but a moron. He was murdered by Casey so he was really in the wrong line of work.

Singer, Robert "Bobby" Steven: He was forced to kill his wife when she became possessed and as a result became a hunter.

Tamara: Her and her husband hunted together. She is still live and kicking but her daughter's death is what got them on the road to demon hunting.

Travis: He hunted for thirty years until he was eaten by a Ruguru. A friend of the Winchesters and possibly one of the people that took care of the boys. He hadn't seen them in ten years.

Turner, Rufus: A retired hermit hunter. He likes Johnny Walker Blue.

Walker, Gordan: His sister was turned into a vampire which gave him the opening he needed to become a stark raving psycho. He tracked down his sister and killed her. He enjoyed killing vampires. I enjoyed watching Sammy pop his head off like a grape. How fitting that he became the thing he hated most. He was insane since he thought Sam wasn't even human. He killed his only friend which shows you how evil he is or rather was since he's toast.

Winchester, John: After his wife was killed by a demon he started hunting and dragged his sons along who followed in his footsteps. He made a deal with Yellow Eyes trading his soul for Dean's life. He was able to escape from Hell when the Devil's Gate was opened.

Winchester, Dean: The good son or rather the son that blindly followed Dad's orders.

Winchester, John: After his wife got killed by a demon he went all demon hunter and pretty much neglected his kids. He died as a result of the deal he made with Yellow Eyes to save a dying Dean.

Winchester, Sam: He was able to go to college and had plans of becoming a lawyer but ended up going with Dean and hunting. Sadly he lost his girlfriend Jess who he had planned to pop the question to.
