Carey, Scott: He could electrocute whatever he came into physical contact with. He was killed by Gordon Walker.

Gallagher, Andrew "Andy": He was given up for adoption as a baby along with his twin but they were separated. His adoptive mother died in a house fire when he was a baby. He was able to control peoples minds but he didn't use it in a malicious way and never used it to get Tracy the girl he really cared about to like him. His powers grow which allow him to send a vision to Dean to let him know where him and Sam were. Ava summons a demon that ends up killing him.

Holt, Rosie: She is described as a quiet baby that stares right at you like she can read your mind. Her mom was saved from the same fate as Mary Winchester along with the others since she was rescued by the boys.

Miller, Max: He grew up with an abusive father so it was a gift for him when he discovered that he had telekinetic abilities which he used to kill his father and uncle who beat the crap out of him throughout his life. He nearly killed his stepmother because he viewed her just as guilty because she never did anything to help him but Sam prevented that but wasn't able to stop Max from turning the gun on himself and pulling the trigger.

Lily: She had a sucky power that resulted in the accidental death of her girlfriend. Anyone that comes into contact with her suffers a heart attack. She didn't want to play Yellow Eyes game so she tried to escape but she was later found hanging from a tree courtesy once again of Ava summoning a demon.

Talley, Jake: He was in the Army who was plucked from Afghanistan into Cold Oak for Yellow Eyes survival of the fittest contest. He kills Ava to protect Sam but he later kills Sam. He's also the moron that opened the Devil's Gate although poor Sam gets blamed for that one. He was super strong muscles wise but pretty weak because he gave into the dark side pretty damn quick. He was later killed by a back from the dead Sam.

Weems, Ansem: Andy's twin brother who finds out about Max and becomes all insane since he ends up getting rid of those closest to Max. So this would be the evil twin. Max ended up killing him to save Dean's life. He was able to do the mind control thing without even speaking.

Wilson, Ava: She ends up having a vision of Sam dying so she goes off to find him and warns him about it. She was just living a regular live with her fiancee. Her mom is alive and well unlike other kids with moms that died in house fires. She is the first to arrive in Cold Oak so she was there for months and ended up giving in and started killing to survive. She was stopped just before she killed Sam by Jake who broke her neck. She gave in to the powers which allowed her to summon demons which was her favored way of killing the others.

Winchester, Sam: He starts having visions and nightmares that progressively grow since he starts getting visions during the day. He dreamed for days before it happened Jessica's death which he wrote off as a dream. He was able to use telekinesis to move the china cabinet when he got a vision of Dean's death but nothing after that. After Yellow Eyes was killed the powers seemed to just go away. Lately he's been using them which allow him to depossess a person without the Latin. Whether or not the persons always dead after that is yet to be determined.
