Tasty Treat

Bloom was back on Earth visiting her parents. She decided to go to the park with Kiko. All of a sudden he ran off so Bloom took off after him.

"Kiko wait for me."

She finally caught sight of him just ahead along with someone else. Right next to Kiko was a small white bunny wearing a pink cap covering her ears.

"Hello."

"Looks like your friend her smelled my carrot cake."

After finding out about fairies and magic and other dimensions Bloom wasn't surprised to find a talking bunny. Kiko didn't talk but he came pretty close.

"Kiko loves carrot cake. I'm Bloom and this is Kiko."

"I'm Melody."

"I don't remember ever seeing this part of the park before."

"Well Bloom that's because you're not on Earth right now. This is the land of Sanrio."

"Wow that's awesome."

"I'm sorry I've been such a poor hostess. Would you like to come inside for some carrot cake?"

Bloom looked at the tree and the door that was much smaller than herself.

"Um I guess I could miniaturize. Go Enchantix!"

After transforming she miniaturzied. Bloom was so glad that she found a way to complete her Enchantix since it really sucked not being able to go with her friends whenever they needed to be smaller. Bloom followed Melody and Kiko inside the tree.

"Wow it's so big inside her. Your tree reminds me of the Tardis from Doctor Who."

"Oh I love that show. The Doctor is just so darn cute isn't he?"

"Yes he is."

Bloom went back to her normal size and looked around the tree. Bloom sat down on the floor since the furniture that matched Melody's hat was meant for much smaller creatures. She thought about miniaturizing again so things wouldn't be so awkward.

"Here you are Kiko."

Kiko made a noise that Bloom took for a thank you.

"Oh dear."

BBloom looked at the tiny cake and back at Melody."

"That's all right Kiko can enjoy it. I guess I could miniaturize again but I'm never tried eaten before when I was smaller."

Bloom transformed and miniaturized. She walked over to the wood table that had daisies carved into it and looked at the cake. She sat down on one of the matching chairs across from Melody who had sat down.

"It looks great and Kiko certainly loves it."

Kiko was finishing the last bit of cake. He started licking his lips and smiled in absolute contentent.

"I know we just met but I would love to have the recipe. This has to be the best carrot cake I've ever eaten."

Bloom looked over at Kiko who was curled up and sleeping. So Bloom whispered, "It's his birthday on Saturday so this would make a great birthday cake."

"I'd be happy to do that but why don't you bring Kiko back for a surprise part. You could meet my friends and see more of Sanrio."

"That would be awesome. I'll bring my friends. I'll bring the cake since me and my friends are bigger well except for the pixies."

Bloom chatted with Melody while they finished up their cake and had some tea.

"I wish I had Flora's Beagle Cloner with me."

"What's that?"

"It's this potion that clones an object. She used it on a flower that was nearly extinct."

"Wow."

"Yeah Flora's the best when it comes to anything in nature."

"I'd love to meet her."

"Oh you will Flora's one of my best friends."

"Are your friends from Earth?"

"No they come from all over. I'm the only Earth girl. I grew up on Earth but I'm originally from Sparx."

Kiko made a noise in his sleep.

"I guess we should go."

"Wait while I make you a copy of the recipe."

"I'm so glad that Kiko followed his nose."

Melody wrote down the recipe and handed it to Bloom.

"So would noon on Saturday be all right with you?"

"That would be great. Let's have a potluck so we'll have enough food."

"I'm sorry but I don't know what a potluck is."

"Oh it's an Earth custom where each guest brings food or drink."

"I like that. I'll tell my friends about that."

"Well see you on Saturday."

"I'm looking forward to it."

After going back to her normal size Bloom carried Kiko home and went to find her Mom. She found her in the kitchen.

"Hi Mom."

"Bloom can you set the table for dinnner."

"Sure Mom."

"Thanks dear."

Bloom went to wash her hands. As she was setting the table she told her Mom about meeting Melody and the carrot cake.

"I'm going shopping tomorrow so just let me know what you'll need."

"Thanks Mom."

After dinner Bloom put the recipe on the counter so her Mom could buy the ingredients. She went into her room and went to the laptop. It was set up thanks to Tecna to work on Earth so she was able to keep in touch with everyone regardless of where they happened to be.

"Hi Stella."

"Bloom how are things on Earth?"

She told her about meeting Melody and about the plans to have a party in Sanrio.

"I think I've heard of this place. Sounds fun I'll bring lemonade."

"Sounds great Stell. I'm going to call the others."
"Later Bloom I need to get ready for my date."
"Have fun and say hi to Brandon."
Bloom called the others saving Sky for last."
"Hi Sky."
"Bloom I was just thinking about you."
She told him about the plan for Saturday and chatted for a while before saying goodnight and Bloom went to bed.
Saturday morning Bloom got up early to make the carrot cake. Kiko watched her as she gathered together the ingredients and put them in a bowl.
"Kiko just sitting there watching won't make the cake get baked quicker. Lockette and the other pixies should be here soon so go look for them."
Kiko looked out the window and sure enough the pixies soon showed up and Kiko went to the door. Mike was sitting in his chair so he knew that when Kiko went to the door that it was his cue to open the door. Bloom had told them about the pixies that they were unable to see.
"Hello Pixies."
Mike opened the door to let them in. He looked at Kiko so he'd know when to shut the door. He asked Bloom to try to figure out a way for himself and Vanessa to see them.
"Bloom's in the kitchen."
The pixies flew into the kitchen.
"Bloom we have an idea about allowing your parents to see us."
"Really Digit that would be great."
"We brought some petals from the Flower Of Life that we'll add to some tea."
"But I thought they couldn't last very long outside of your village."
"Miss Faragonda made us a containment box to protect it. They should be fine if your parents drink the tea after it's brewed."
"I'll get the tea started."
"Thanks Lockette."
"No problem."
Bloom put the cake in the oven along with a second pan since she decided to make extra since Kiko loved carrot cake so much and she wanted to make sure everyone got a piece of it. She had asked Flora to bring the Beagle Cloner with her just to be on the safe side.
